Dan Reiland has 20+ years of experience in leadership within the church. This Virtual Roundtable, led by Dan, is focused on guiding the up-and-coming generation of executive leaders in the church so they can step into these new roles equipped and confident. 
 
Once per month for 90 minutes, Dan will lead members of this group through the challenges, opportunities, questions, and most relevant issues they are facing.

Meet Your Mentor: Dan Reiland

Dan Reiland is a coach, consultant, author, teacher, husband, father and grandfather. He brings decades of local church executive leadership experience to his current ministry endeavors that focus on helping leaders excel.

Dan currently serves on the lead team, church board and is Executive Director of Leadership Expansion at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia where he served for 20 years as the Executive Pastor. He previously partnered with John Maxwell for 20 years, first as Executive Pastor at Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, then as Vice President of Leadership and Church Development at Maxwell Leadership (Previously INJOY).

Dan is best known as a leader with a pastor’s heart and a coach’s intuition. He truly loves the local church and is considered one of the nation’s most insightful executive leadership coaches and church consultants, bringing wisdom and experience to the process. Dan and his wife Patti have two children, a son-in-law, and one granddaughter. 
 

About Virtual Roundtables

Virtual Roundtables are peer-driven environments designed to help you develop skills, challenge ideas, and lead with clarity. Virtual Roundtables meet virtually once per month for 90 minutes for 6 months.
Each Virtual Roundtable investment is $250 per month.

- From innovative multisite churches
- Currently in the Executive Pastor/Executive Director/Executive or Leadership Team Member role.

HOW VIRTUAL ROUNDTABLES WORK (FAQs)

What are Virtual Roundtables?

Virtual Roundtables are peer-driven environments of 5-8 people, facilitated by a group mentor, where executive leaders can come to challenge ideas, develop skills, and lead with better clarity.

What is the time commitment and financial investment for joining a Virtual Roundtable?

Virtual Roundtables will last for six months, meeting virtually once per month for 90 minutes.

Each Virtual Roundtable investment is $250 per month. 

How do Virtual Roundtables work?

Virtual Roundtables are intentionally small for increased collaboration and one-to-one communication opportunities with the mentor.

We will ask each group member to submit their challenge/question/need one week before the group meets.

This allows the mentor and other members a chance to research topics for discussion. As appropriate, topic experts may also be invited to speak to the issue when the group meets.

What are the qualifications to join the Emerging Executive Leaders Virtual Roundtable

When will the Virtual Roundtable meet?

Because we want to ensure this Virtual Roundtable fits your schedule. During your pre-registration call, you'll share your preferred times to meet. This will help us coordinate with all the members and find the best day and time for everyone. 

What is the level of confidentiality?

We believe relational safety is imperative, and this cannot be achieved without confidentiality. We want leaders to show up with their real issues and find support without any concern of having conversations shared outside the group. Everyone who participates will be required to commit to 100% confidentiality.

Can I invite people I know into a Virtual Roundtable?

Yes, as long as it is before the group starts. Just send us an email and let us know who!
